2018-10-21 - Briefly attempted to get this working on Windows Subsystem for Linux / Debian

avconv.exe
worked when unpacked, copying its files into/usr
would not work. Whatever, FFmpeg worked.

TODO - Switched to FFmpeg version - on DISTRIBUTION
- Switched due to Devuan 1.0.0 avconv crash.
