Cayenne pepper is the richest source of Vitamin C available in any food source. One tablespoon of cayenne in a glass of warm water taken by mouth has resolved some heart attacks before the ambulance arrived; I recommend it in the medicine cabinet of anybody working physically with males 30 years of age or older for precisely that reason.
