Potato Diet ∞
Boil potatoes for the week, then cool them. Re-heat and eat as much of them, and only them (no salt, etc) as you want, either for three days of the week, or just for breakfast and lunch. Drink water.
Cooling the potatoes changes the starch.
Avoiding eating hot potato alone might be a good thing. For example, potato salad might be better than a baked potato.
