It's difficult to move items between characters.
Gibbed really helps solve this.
This was tested on Windows 8.1 in late 2015, and on Windows 10 in early 2016.
Gibbed issues
- Does not display item information very well.

When saving, it does not remember and overwrite the character you were editing. The user is prompted to select the character. Saving is vulnerable to overwriting the wrong character.
- The user must keep manual backups.

- Advantages - Can more easily see items in-game. Gibbed gives the data but it's not presented well.

Using Gibbed to edit characters
- Copy-Paste into a text file.

- Use gibbed to copy all items from the bank into a text file

Either use a live character to withdraw then drop all items in the bank.
- Annoying, but safer.
- Made easier by favouriting all items in one's inventory before mass-withdrawing items from the bank.
