So here are some rough notes on what I did to set Windows up to clean the crap out and make it go faster.

An incredibly popular operating system, and a benchmark from to many other applications and newer operating systems are compared.
I used it, and although it needed heavy modification, I did love it. It's still in my toolkit just in case I need a complete operating system to use software in my archives.

A straightforward mirroring tool, with scheduling, exclusion and other useful features.
Instead of fucking around with some sort of special utility, Karen's Replicator just does the job. I believe this was my first introduction to her software.
