Flash navigation excludes people like me who turn flash off. Fine, I can turn on flash. But it completely excludes search engines. Presumably you want people to be able to find your store when searching for the things you sell.
Your website does not let me bookmark specific products. There’s a CD there which I want to buy but it isn’t in stock. There’s no way for me to be able to come back to it. I, like many others, have decided to not buy anything if I can’t buy everything I want all at once. Now you have to hope that I remember to return and go through the process of adding all those products to my cart again at some later date. (I can’t save my cart either)
You need next/last page buttons and larger page numbers.
The website seems somewhat broken when I try to go back/forward after searching. Sometimes it sends me to some previous search result.
Your shopping cart is utterly hopeless. I can’t actually view it.. it gives one tall and hopeless column of thumbnails, not a proper paginated list. If I can’t review my cart, how can I be expected to check out with it?
Your store doesn’t recommend related products. A feature like this represents at least a 5% boost in sales, and usually much more if it’s done well.
When I checked out and made a user, I was sent back to the store instead of being sent back to the checkout process.
