- Spent two years prepareing for entrance exams after graudating from high school. No prior experience in club activities during high school. Began practice at five p.m. After meditation, deep breathing, warm-up, breakfalls, practice movements, and 20 minutes of shomenuchi iriminage practice, began practice of “kosauchi iriminage”. Five minutes later, hit head in breakfall. MAde to lie down in dojo after experiencing dizziness. Condition worsened after 30 minutes and taken to two hopsitals in clubmate’s car and treated at third hispital. Died one hour later around 9 p.m.
