• Everyone’s comments are viewable on one nice summary page, which I really don’t like.
• Everyone’s upvotes are viewable on one nice summary page, which I really don’t like.

• Everyone’s subscriptions are also brazenly displayed.

As it stands, Vidme cannot be used for interaction because of the above.

• Sometimes a video will stop playing and it cannot be resumed. I’ve seen this happen
• There’s no ability to have a medium-sized video window.
• If downloading is enabled, there’s only one quality of download.
• I can’t hover my mouse and know what time I’m looking at.
• I’d like to hover my mouse and see a preview.

• I’d like to have at least a slideshow of a video by mousing over its thumbnail.

  • Little video clips made of different sections of it would be ideal.
• The time is done as a countdown of what’s left. That’s backwards from what I want.

• I cannot cursor left/right in a video to seek in its timeline.

• For each video, it displays who liked it! Fucking hell, that’s horrifying.
• The page freezes when displaying more of the list of likers.
• Play a video, open a tab with another video and un-like that new video. It pauses the earlier tab, and then that video cannot be resumed.
• I miss the timestamp feature from YouTube.
• Is there a counter for the number of comments?
• Is there some section where I can see more about the author? I don’t see an “about” tab.
• If a video is paused for too long, it can no longer be resumed.
• The play control bar is too hard to read when the video background is white. There ought to be a grey background to it.
• Is there no way to flag a comment as spam/etc?

• The original posters’ comments are not highlighted in any way.

  • The same is apparently true for Vidme developers who happen to comment. That would be nice.
