Can't turn the sound off because you're languishing in long LFG queues and need to hear it pop?
Go to the Stormwind training dummies and look for the three training dummies in the back.
60 <--> 70 <--> 80
Walk behind the level 60 dummy, and turn to face it from the back.
Now walk behind the building.
Huzzah, you are now phased out of Stormwind and have only the pleasant sounds of birds chirping. Whenever you're ready for another round of testing, walk forward to be phased into Stormwind and you'll get your training dummies again!
.. of course this would also be a horrifying group-and-ambush tactic for the Horde, but.. I don't PvP .. so, whatever. =p
