To re-test:

• It doesn’t announce quest completion anymore.

To get an addon for:

• I miss the old ability to have the map/minimap have the questionmarks and automatically note quest givers for me. (cartographer?)

• Waypoint arrow over my character.

  • Metamap does this, if it worked.

  • Cartographer does this VERY well, if it worked.

Other:

• Fix things so that the quest log is two-pane and becomes three pane with the new quest addon.

  • It seems that this feature overrides the cosmos two-pane feature.

• I get mouseover information on mobs, but I have to press alt to see it. How do I un-set that? =(

• MetaMap

  • But it’s not being updated properly by the original author.
  • obsoletes MapNotes, maybe. I can’t figure out how to import mapnotes.

Troubleshooting ∞

At one point weeks later I was having trouble viewing flight paths on the map again. Disabling all addons didn’t help. I ended up deleting the WTF and Cache folders and it worked.

Strangely, most of my addon preferences seem to have stayed. But baggins didn’t. Even after restores it won’t work so I set it back up again.
