Years ago, a city was shaken by two super-brothers having a super-spat, but their legend lives on in a gang whose leader wants to continue the fight.

It’s not particularly superhero and doesn’t really establish any sort of franchise. It’s not bad, and it’s not great; it’s just fine. It’s vanilla, and sometimes that’s just what you want.
