For those who have pollen allergies, it has been thought that bee pollen can help get the body used to those allergants.
It’s also thought that bee pollen can incite allergy, especially when too strong or too regular a dose.
I’ve done no actual research, this stuff is just rumour! I’ve no idea what bee pollen is good for, and I’ve not noticed anything significant when I started eating the stuff.
