- Learn your UP from a site like https://www.whatsmyip.org/
- Review the interfaces, find the one that has your IP under

Optional, if the above doesn't seem to work:

- If you cannot find MSMQ you might not have it on your computer. You can try installing it from ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS (Windows Components) . ( you will need your XP CD). You can also try Windows Update.
