I bought two of these from an eBay store. They were probably a dealer of products made in a Chinese shadow factory. The first one died almost immediately, but the second has been going strong.
I hate thinking that I need to buy a lifetime supply of something, because there is no alternative.
This is my mouse of choice.
- The shape is perfect for my clawed-hand use.
Buttons 4 and 5 are on the left and right of the mouse.
- The buttons on the left and right are hard enough to find, but this mouse has them placed in such a way that I can actually click them. This is something that the Microsoft SideWinder X3 lacks.
If it intermittently disconnects or stops working, the cable may have been damaged. It's bent rather harshly just after it enters the mouse. This is a faulty design or is planned obsolescence.
