An ancient project noted as an aside.

The date is a wild estimate; it’s likely even earlier than this.

Dual video card / monitor setup. One SVGA card and one MDA (mono) card. Only some software will use the MDA, but when it does it’ll be exceptionally handy.

This project was attempted, and really didn’t do all that well. Virtual windows [ 1 ] is better than using multiple monitors for me. Running two monitors under DOS with specialized software able to write to the other monitor is cool.. but that’s really stretching my interests thin.
