• I can't launch games from it? Why the fuck would it list lots of my games, not be able to do anything with them, and not even be able to run them?

2. Search for "skyrim"

3. Manage "Skyrim Special Edition"

Cannot launch Skyrim ∞

If nothing happens, try another profile with Vortex. If that works, then you know it's some mod or combination of mods.
