A man working for the police is tasked to hunt down murderous artificial humans.
Moody and mostly-slow, relying heavily on the setting. It’s good, and not just “good for it’s time”. It has a spectacular tone and style to it; definitely recommended.

Various versions ∞
This is a confusing movie. There are a lot of different versions out there. I have two of them.
2022-08-20 ∞
- 2:15 — Reading TODO
- 5:30 — IQ test
- 10:45 — He said something in the car; I wonder if someone out there can lip read it.
- 15:45 — Coca-Cola
- 36:45 — That wig makes her head seem huge.
- 39:30 — Never trust a homeless person with nice teeth.
- 42:15 — Unicorn
- 54:45 — Indiana doesn’t like snakes.
- 5600 — There are a lot of other languages which could use translation.
- 56:15 — Hare Krishna (mantra)
- 1:00:00 — Budweiser
- 1:11:45 — 1980s “romance”.
- 1:14:30 — Hutchinson-Gilford progeria syndrome
- 1:46:45 — Does he mean Orion (constellation)?
-
1:51:30 — Who did it better, this or Spiderman?
1 – “Blade Runner” (Director’s Cut) ∞
- This version omits Deckard’s voiceover narration, develops in greater detail the romance between Deckard and Rachael (Sean Young) and removes the “uplifting” finale. Move intriguing of all is a newly included unicorn vision that suggests Deckard may be a humanoid.
-
NO special features, not even a trailer! NOTHING. =(
2 – Bootlegged version ∞
