Agent X - (2015 show)
Entertainment > Television >
Article Two, "section five" of the United States Constitution is unveiled to the vice president, who keeps it secret and uses it as a leverage for extrajudicial power using one agent and a dude in her basement.
A mediocre show. It started episodic with no story arc, but then grew a weak one.
s01e01 - 2015-11-08 - "Pilot"
2:00 -- I recognize the music from somewhere, but I can't quite place it.
2:40 -- Yep, sneaking around after all that noisy fighting. Somehow he still surprises someone.
3:10 -- He's not going to untie her? Bah.
3:30 -- Pretty spry for a guy who's been shot.
4:00 -- Is he suddenly and comically going to drop?
4:20 -- Called it. Sortof.
4:30 -- That fall would still have killed him.
As opposed to that pesky German spetsnaz training.
6:10 -- And the dude on the phone mentions Berlin just then.
Library of Congress 7:50 -- How affirmative to have a female VP. No female president though.
8:50 -- Domestic enemies, like the guy swearing her in.
9:25 -- Oh, I recognize the guy playing the president.
9:30 -- The symbol on that key is the
Eye of Providence. 10:50 -- That's a painting of
John F. Kennedy. 11:30 --
Latin 11:30 -- "Light out of darkness"
Freemasonry 11:50 -- The bust is of
Abraham Lincoln. 14:20 -- "Shut the front door" is actually a piece of comedy created in another movie, whose name I do not recall, as a stand-in for "Shut the fuck up".
United States Constitution 15:15 --
Article Two of the United States Constitution, "section five".
An agent, of unknown identity, is hereby authorized to serve at the discretion of the vice president, for the purpose of aiding the republic in times of dire peril.
16:05 -- I would have immediately questioned the authenticity of a private document. Hell, the whole thing is meant to be in the constitution.. the public constitution.. the one which is for all Americans. You know, the public and not the private.
So about that domestic enemy thing.
I only regret that I have but one life to lose for my country.
20:20 -- That's
James Earl Jones. 20:20 --
Girl Scout Cookies 21:35 -- Too bad about this section five thing being worded to vaguely as to give extraordinary power to the vice president.
24:30 -- Holy hot damn she's pretty.
26:10 -- This is why their feet are also manacled.
28:30 -- It isn't in the president's power to command her when to be in play.
29:00 -- The head of her chair has the Freemason square and compass symbol.
30:10 -- What decision? Acting at all? This makes no sense..
30:40 -- "The All-Seeing Eye" is a reference to the
Eye of Providence. 31:40 -- So this is a detective show?
33:00 -- Riiiight.
33:20 -- Why would guards have guns?
34:15 -- "Anton's limo is here" ? Wouldn't they just say "Anton is here"?
35:05 -- That's not cover.
35:30 -- "Just downloaded a backdoor into their security system".. hahahaha
37:20 -- Aah, the guy who "didn't die", earlier. He was putting his pants back on but still managed to get his gun and shoot.
38:00 -- I bet he's not dead.
40:20 -- He is the best the country has to offer?
41:10 -- Should they really be near one another on the outside?
s01e02 - 2015-11-08 - The Enemy of My Enemy
Dude, you look like an idiot.
I'm still not impressed by this series.
s01e03 - 2015-11-15 - Back in Your Arms

0:45 -- JAG (
Judge Advocate General's Corps) 1:30 -- Enemy six year-olds! =p
6:15 -- Oh, Sharon Stone is the executive producer.
The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man who lives fully is prepared to die at any time. --
14:30 -- But.. they left her family behind.
17:15 -- Yes. Yes she's okay.
29:30 -- .. and they just carry on with the parade.
Love looks not with the eyes, but with the mind; and therefore is winged
Cupid painted blind. -- William Shakespeare
Power is the ultimate aphrodisiac. --
32:30 -- No, it's not about turning inwards. It's a reference to women's
hypergamy. 33:45 -- The earlier snake looked fake, but I was going to forgive that as a television show budget issue, but now that I think of it more, I wonder if it
was fake in the show's universe, so that he could maintain the mystical con he has going.
s01e05 - 2015-11-29 - Truth, Lies and Consequences
0:45 -- Yep, go sacrifice yourself, male. People are counting on you. Other people. You don't matter.
3:30 -- It would be cool to do all this, and make it look like a botched assassination but really it's to replace the assistant with an agent.
7:30 -- He's on someone else's land, in a country where they have the right to bear arms..
10:45 -- Interesting, they can use the word 'dick'.
14:45 -- For a guy who doesn't exist, he sure does a lot of touching.
15:15 -- There are places with breaker boxes outside?
16:00 -- So the power going out didn't let the guy in the garage know something was up?
Hypothalamus, Circadian rhythm 22:15 -- What level of expertise is required to load the rocket, that she can't do it herself?
28:00 -- He's been relieved. Is there some sort of suspension I'm unaware of?
31:00 -- Why is the butler-dude driving?
37:45 -- The end.
I wonder if John was John's dad.
s01e06 - 2015-12-06 - Sacrifice
I don't care how much of a cliffhanger this ended on, this series is weaksauce.
