It works with a USB card reader.
Zaurus SL-C1000 – Works
HP 200LX with a PCMCIA adapter – I did not have a small size microSD.
SD is easy to remove.

I did this: MicroSD => SD => CF but the SD adapter is very hard to remove. I had to use small pliers.
