The log file that WoW uses is in \Program Files\World of Warcraft\Logs and is named WoWCombatLog.
Make sure you are in a zone that is not automatically logged (eg. any raid zone). Enabling the combat log locks the file as in-use by World of Warcraft and you won’t be able to delete it unless you manually disable logging, or leave the zone you are in.
