A science vessel is sent to Venus but is secretly collecting alien artefacts.
A must-watch for science fiction / space fans.
Great acting and character development, writing and plot. All other aspects are seamless, be they effects, wardrobe or anything more subtle.
In this context, an aspect of it is suspenseful, but it could easily have been turned to horror in a movie setting.
It’s unfortunate this never made it past season one. Some would say the flashback-type scenes are confusing, but not for me. It’s likely that this was one of those “too intellectual” shows.
