This is the sort of movie that I can’t explain without spoiling it.
It ought to be started at 17:10 with zero introduction.
The fact that I can write that with confidence should speak loudly as to its quality. It doesn’t have enough “content”, and so it feels drawn out. If you are passionate about reality-questioning movies, then for sure see this. Otherwise, pass.
- 3:15 — Someone, somewhere, finds that woman attractive. That someone is not me.
- 4:45 — That guy was an accident waiting to happen right from the moment he was introduced.
- 6:00 — No, don’t give the idiot a cookie for being a baby,
- 7:00 — I don’t get it.. so an accident or some oddness happened to him, and he gets drug tested?
- 16:00 — So they both get fired because he’s an idiot.
- 17:00 — Do I have the wrong movie? Because this is not entertaining in the least.
-
20:45 — The movie could be started right here.
- No, I rewound to 17:10 and that’s a good spot.
- 28:45 — Do not take with coffee.
- 31:00 — I get the impression he’s got some sort of residual self image, a-la The Matrix – (1999 movie), and he’s only imagining himself being normal.
- 37:00 — Do not take with coffee.
- 39:30 — This movie didn’t need to drag this out so long and so awkwardly..
- 42:30 — Why would he stop working? That makes no sense.
- 43:00 — Yeah, residual self-image.
- 58:15 — Jackie Chan
- 1:16:00 — .. uh, dude.. there are real people in the real world who you are inconveniencing. People you used to care about.
-
1:19:30 — A good ending to a bad movie.
