The last of a powerful race tours time and space, regularly ending up in trouble.
Playful fun. Occasionally attempts to glide past some significant issues with time travel but is generally bubblegum. Doesn’t take itself too seriously. Recommended until it goes woke.

Torchwood – (2006 show) is a spinoff.

Stuff ∞
I can’t comprehend why there is any urgency to anything, when they can hop into the Tardis and go back in time.
Deus ex machina ∞
There are some particularly handy elements for writer-cheating.
- s01e01 – Sonic screwdriver that can do whatever is needed at the time.
- s01e02 – Psychic paper, which should have been used in later episodes.
- s01e02 – The magic telephone.
- s01e02 – The Doctor can concentrate and .. move fast?
-
s02e04 – Mind melding like a Vulcan.

Doctor Who: Children in Need ∞
This was a 7-minute mini-episode.
This was completely pointless, with nothing actually happening. It’s easily skippable.
It does have some banter and maybe a touch of info but nothing you don’t get from the episode that follows.
The Christmas Invasion ∞
The Christmas Invasion
- I guess it’s handy that the Tardis always goes to that spot.
- “Anything else he’s got two of?” hahahaha
- “I thought I knew him” .. what in the hell is she so upset about? She’s a pathetic little human, how can she expect to learn or even be told everything. The doctor has been long-established as being mysterious whether he means to be or not.
- “.. you can rely on me, I don’t go changing my face.”, except when he was plastic.
- Handy that the first Santa had a limp flame thrower.
- They had call waiting back then. I can’t recall if this was established already.
- Since when was pussy-not-boyfriend brave?
- The .. “Pilot Fish”?
- So maybe The Doctor should be brought into the Tardis.
- Wow, that alien looked incredibly fake. .. and since when do they get audio?
- “Security sweep at ..” says the audio in the background, as though audio sweeps are scheduled.
- .. the ship is moving. Speed hasn’t been established in this show.
- .. oh good, they’ve established that the Tardis isn’t nearby and so Rose can’t understand ..
- .. “Translation software.” hahahaha
- .. wait, what.. Rose’s distance doesn’t matter?
- The prime minister threatens the aliens claiming the world is armed? So now she speaks for the world?
- So the prime minister publicly calls out for The Doctor on television, for why? I mean, isn’t that just going to confuse the hell out of the world?
- Bets on them getting on board to destroy the blood.
- Yay, for once the door being open is a problem.
- .. and the Tardis is in pathetic disrepair.. easily damaged, again.
- The magic of tea.
- They missed the chance for “What’s that way?” .. “I don’t know!”
Attack of the Graske ∞
An interactive web game which I didn’t see/play.
