Blackhole for Bad Bots

Bots trigger a block trap when they ignore a robots.txt block request.

- Erratically blocks The Internet Archive Wayback Machine
- I went through a lot of troubleshooting steps, and the only thing that would work was whitelisting the useragent, at which time I don’t see how this plugin is useful at all since a bot can trivially spoof a useragent.

- Reset the settings, and cleared the IP whitelist.
