I don't know if this is correct, these seem to be Windows programs.

I got a copy from the repository for Salix 13.37 (vbrfix-r131-i486-2tm.txz on pkgs.org), but it did not install executables. That's because.. the archive does not have any!
I got it from Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
ubuntu.pkgs.org/14.04/ubuntu-universe-i386/vbrfix_0.24-7_i386.deb.html
Then I converted it with alien, and installed the resulting package.:
\alien --to-tgz vbrfix_0.24-7_i386.deb \installpkg vbrfix-0.24.tgz
