These worked with a pretty basic hub, but it may not work for them all. Do make sure your HDMI cable is sufficient.

Failed 2024-09-04 on a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, with Android 14 - perhaps my dock isn't suitable?

1. Launch "Internet"

   • Brave and Microsoft Edge are not supported by the Galaxy Store.

2. Install MultiStar

   • MultiStar version 7.2.19 was tested

3. Launch Good Lock

   • Good Lock version 2.2.04.95-mas0bc23223 PRD was tested
4. At the bottom, click Life Up
5. Select MultiStar
6. In MultiStar, the top option will have |♡ Samsung DeX
7. [x] High resolutions for external display

8. Restart DeX

   • Perhaps you can unplug your HDMI and then plug it back in.

2024-07-02 on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, with Android 12

1. Install Good Lock

2. Launch Good Lock

   • Good Lock version 2.2.04.63 was tested.
3. At the bottom, click Life Up

4. Install MultiStar

   • The version of MultiStar was not recorded.
5. In MultiStar, the top option will have |♡ Samsung DeX
6. [x] High resolutions for external display

7. Restart DeX

   • You can probably unplug your HDMI and then plug it back in.

Removing the One UI bottom grey horizontal gesture bar ∞

• 2024-09-18 on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, with Android 14 and One UI 6.1

1. At the bottom, click Make Up
2. Scroll down, locate NavStar, and install it.
3. Once installed, scroll to the top and select NavStar
4. Turn it on
5. [x] Transparent Hint
6. [x] Enable extra gesture settings

7. Go to your Android Settings > Display > Navigation Bar > More options >

• 2024-08-29 on a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, with Android 12 and One UI 6.1

1. At the bottom, click Make Up
2. Scroll down, locate NavStar, and install it.
3. Once installed, scroll to the top and select NavStar
4. Allow file access
5. Turn it on

8. Go to your Android Settings > Display > Navigation Bar > More options >
