How many hours must I play before the game starts?

Why can’t I abort cutscenes?! God fucking dammit this is annoying!

Fixed-camera games are fucking stupid. What were they thinking?! So when I enter a new area, I get disoriented and have to figure out which fucking way is up and how to move. I can’t look at stuff, I can’t explore.

The point of the game is to move a small yellow triangle towards a red triangle, through the path of a blue line. Great, isn’t it? Wait, you occasionally press x.

Sad sad one-directional cutscene game.

• Can’t abort the end-combat animation.
• Can’t tell how much AP was earned at a fight. Or whatever. It counts down immediately. There should just be one total status screen.
• You can attack yourself, and since the camera angle is fucked up, I ended up repeatedly having a summoned creature attack itself. Lame lame lame.

• Characters which don’t participate in a fight get APs? =/

  • This was seen with the stupid underwater thingy after the Sin attack, on our boat ride to the tournament.

After playing for four hours, all the while waiting for the game to begin, I finally gave up. It’s like waiting for a bad American movie to get around to developing a plot. So awful.. so.. very.. awful.
