A simple and straightforward window manager.
This one keeps being recommended, but I don’t know why. It’s not bad but it’s just not good enough.

An APT like system for Slackware package management. It allows one to search slackware mirrors and third party sources for packages, compare them with installed packages, install new packages, or upgrade all installed packages. Great for scripting as well.
