The “nice guy” is an actual thing.
Although they’re everywhere, they’re hard for women to see. This isn’t about women not knowing how to recognize one, there’s more to it.
Fire is friendzoned.
Beautiful only when briefly viewed.
Thought of fondly but never embraced.
Warms when close, burns when touched.
Pleasant to be naked by, but it cannot seduce.
Cremation is fire with benefits.

This was a piece which I found rather moving, so I tried to track down its source. I failed, but I’ll re-post it here anyways.
A small German man storms into a local bar and demands “Gimme a double of the strongest whiskey you got! I’m so pissed I can’t even see straight!”
The bartender, noticing that the little man is a bit the worse for wear, pours him a double of Southern Comfort.
The German man swills down the drink and says “Gimme another one!”.
The bartender pours the drink, but says “Now, before I give you this, why don’t you let off a little steam and tell me why you’re so upset?”
