UPDATE: This is obsolete: World of Warcraft now supports multiple tracking types simultaneously.
I had a character who was both a miner and an herbalist. At the time, World of Warcraft only supported the use of one tracking type at a time.
I wanted to occasionally swap between the two tracking types. What follows are some rough notes copied from various sources.

This was written some time ago, and I’d still like to pursue it but haven’t tried to find a group that could handle this.
The idea is to form a clique of alts which level exclusively and slowly together.
Something I liked which I redid as an SVG. People need to stop using bitmap for vectorizable content.
A colour-changing pet is one which picks a differently-coloured skin each time it’s summoned.
This was actually a bug which was fixed in 5.0.4. Pets tamed before the patch maintain this trait. Those same mobs tamed after the patch do not change colour.
[edit] v5.0 was released.
Tidy Bar[doesn’t exist] is a simple bar World of Warcraft addon which relocates some blizzard bars, simplifies them and can hide some of the extra stuff out of the way until moused-over.
I opened a ticket but realised that I may be able to fix the problems myself.
.. and so I did.
A small update on a couple of addons I’m using. One day I hope to get into more detailed reviews. This post is just a baby-step in that direction.
- Ark Inventory is a bag replacement addon.
- AuctionMaster is an auction addon.
