• .settings announcer autobroadcast off

  • Or you can use them shortened, as with:
• .set ann autobroadcast off
• .set ann arena off

• .set ann bg off

Installation ∞

• Create a ChromieCraft account
• Oh god, they distribute a 16.46 GB (17.2 on disk) zip file. So I need more than that to extract the damned zip.

• Download their 3.3.5a client.

  • Unzip it anywhere you like

• Download the HD patch (optional)

  • Copy those patch files into the Data directory in your client.

• Download their all-in-one custom client changes zip

  • Extract the archive to the root of your World of Warcraft installation
• Delete the Cache folder (if it exists)
• Run Wow.exe
• Login using your account name and password (do NOT login with email).
• Select [x] Development
• Click Suggest Realm
• Create new character

• Make a friend by having someone use you as their recruit-a-friend.
