Two corporate espionage agents espionage corporations. I guess.

It’s corny as though it’s a parody, but it’s actually serious. It might be halfway decent if it weren’t so incredibly difficult to follow.

  • Trailer 1 · Trailer 2
  • Stylized DUPLiCITY for some reason.
  • This is a really shitty attempt at a romance.

While the original is an adult film star, an alien doppelganger hangs out and learns Farsi.

God damn this is boring. Maybe it would have been passible with a hot lead, but it was pulled in two directions for the entirety of the movie with no actual plotline using it’s main premise. Hard fail.

The world has been selectively-nuked somehow, an EMP is actually a virus or something, and people are being mind controlled somehow I think, and a man is an exception somehow. I don’t get it.

It has a strange unevenness to it, where it’s not light enough to be bubblegum and not serious enough to be.. serious. It does keep on going, with no pause to let you think about how stupid or strange things out.

People vanish.

There are a bunch of areas where it might have shined, but it falls flat, and hard. It has a particularly unsatisfying ending.

The only passenger on an extremely long voyage learns the trip isn’t what she thought it would be.

Definitely worth a watch; good, though not great.

  • Trailer
  • Inappropriately rated TV-14

The crew of a plane get food poisoning, and only a man with PTSD has a chance to pilot it.

Full of dad-humor, this is definitely only good for people who can handle silly and pointless humor. Notable for being very adult even though it was rated PG. There were better parents back then.

  • Trailer
  • Inappropriately rated PG.

An ill man man discovers why he’s nauseous.

While definitely not great or big budget, it’s watchable once though not collectable.

Alien Code - (2018 movie) image

A cryptographer is hired to work on a mysterious message that has far more to it than anyone realises.

It’s strong in enough places to vaguely recommend it, but because it ends with weak and confusing philosophy it’s ultimately unsatisfying.

The Earth is ruined by aliens, and survivors don’t really.

It’s good, but it’s entire first part comes across like a visual novel and the whole short feels like an awkward intro to a full movie. It’s still a fine effort but not strongly recommended. Flagged as both liked and disliked.
