An online MMO type thing. I was using Linux at the time, and so I suppose my options were limited.

was watir.com
A functional testing tool for automating browser-based tests of web applications. It drives the Internet Explorer browser the same way people do. It clicks links, fills in forms, presses buttons. It also checks results, such as whether expected text appears on the page.
I did some simple website testing with it.

A light window manager. Based on Blackbox. Not bad, but not as good as Blackbox. I liked Openbox more than this.
Blackbox has been obsoleted six ways from Sunday. See versus Blackbox.

A disk/volume management thing, with SoftRAID and more.
Required kernel patching and I never really did figure it out.

EncFS provides an encrypted filesystem in user-space. It runs without any special permissions and uses the FUSE library module to provide the filesystem interface.
2016-12-28 – I have no memory of using this. Boy will it be awkward if I come across stuff encrypted with it.

A modem/BBS terminal program.
One of the top contenders. It is truly frightening, and still very useful today. However, they missed out on some basic functionality and got too complex. Telix and Telemate are two other contenders. Telix, well I don’t know why.. I still use Telemate to this day.. it kicks the pants out of terminate for most of the major simplicity and functionality. Too bad none of them are in development anymore. Hrmph.
