Navy Seals vs. Zombies (2015) poster

Entertainment > Movies >

Baton Rouge, Louisiana is ground zero for a zombification-virus.

While not great, it could have done a whole lot worse. Navy Seals vs. Zombies is probably worth a watch for zombie and military fans, if there’s nothing better around.

I didn’t get through it. It had nothing interesting to offer me.

Naked Lunch (1991) poster

A struggling writer takes drugs, giving him incredible results with unforeseen consequences.

This is an uncomfortably-great movie. It’s semi-horror in the sense of a tactile empathy the viewer has. I don’t know that I’d consider this mandatory viewing, because it would strongly depend on the viewer. I don’t think this would be a “love it or hate it” movie, because it’s .. just odd. It’s original, and that alone would make it mandatory viewing for some.

A one-room horror where angels descend to destroy all of mankind because god left, but a baby is to be the saviour of all mankind.

Meh. This isn’t a particularly good movie.

Dominion – (2014 show) is based on Legion. I wouldn’t consider this movie mandatory viewing before watching Dominion. In fact, I would recommend against viewing this movie because the series is so much better.

Barely Lethal (2014) poster

Kids are trained as secret agents and assassins, but one girl wants a normal life.

This is a cutesy teen movie. Complete bubblegum. Not to be mistaken for a spy movie. That notion would risk heavy offence from so much hollow girlishness.

Maybe if you liked braindead teen flicks you’d be into this. I don’t, so I wasn’t.

Dawn of the Dragonslayer (2011) poster

A young man survives a dragon attack that kills his father, and he vows revenge.

I guess it’s ok. I like these sorts of fantasy films, but this one wasn’t particularly entertaining.

A man escapes death by teleporting himself to an extremely-distant planet, whose residents went mad from an unknown plague.

Really great for what it is, but its genre is not my cup of tea.

If you liked the earlier one, you’ll like this one even more.

A girl escapes slavery and pulls together a band of people to go on a quest.

This outclasses other B-movies or B-TV. If you like the class and genre, you’ll like this.

While doing everyday things in space, debris tears through everything leaving survivors on a desperate yet somehow extremely slow-paced race to survive.

Not memorable in any way. Do not watch.
