When a guy somehow marries a corpse, he learns his town has an alternate reality where its dead reside

It's kinda pointless.

2% of the global population disappears and everything continues on as usual probably.

Mediocre at best. Maybe something will happen later, but they sure as shit don't get anywhere near to some point. It's just a drama that stretches a premise.

In future with a colonized galaxy, a mad scientist develops an evolving quantum computer which he believes proves determinism and prediction of the collapse of civilization.

It started interesting, but dove into too many plotlines, timelines, and characters, and then space-wizards. I find it predictable and tedious, and I'm constantly nagged at there being zero good looking women, just passable persons of pigment hired for The Message.

A lawyer can't lie, and goes insane because it's Jim Carrey.

It's Jim Carrey as himself, so you have to cope with the idiocy. It's okay in that context but it's not for me.

An old man is surprised to learn has has 19 year old daughter, who becomes embroiled in a web of vengeance and violence set against him.

I really like this movie. It might play out as too flat for most people, but for me the character was well-crafted and acted.

Like few movies, He Never Died explores age and power at its extreme. Fans of Interview with the Vampire - (1994 movie), for example, should appreciate such elements.

A man regrets the wedge between himself and his son, and tries to apologize. Or something.

It's definitely on-par with the first, and worth the watch if you like the other.

A secret stalemate exists between good and evil, and each are tasked to police the other.

Stylized, with a good soundtrack, great acting, and a great concept; very good!

A mix of odd stories and fantasies that ultimately makes little sense.

Fucking weird and pointless.
