Kinda plodding, but okay I guess. It’s likeable but a bit flat. Don’t watch it unless you’re into .. I don’t even know what genre this is. I guess unless you’re into Jason Statham.
Only a single woman gets hurt; she dies off-screen.

I don’t know what this low effort thing is supposed to be, but it’s intolerably bad. I don’t mind that it’s low budget, but it’s bad because it’s extraordinarily low effort.

Does not stand the test of time at all. The cop-buddy thing has been done to death since then and probably soils a more recent re-watch of this movie.
