Oh my god, this movie is truly embarrassing. It’s chock full of unbelievable and misplaced wire-driven swordfights. It’s like a bad kung-fu flim with a budget and overdone music.

(on Wikipedia) Famous chef Gareth Blackstock struggles with dividing time between wife Janice and the restaurant. It’s a good thing he can let off steam with his remarks. The first two seasons are very good. It’s unfortunate that the cast gets shuffled around so much though. The writing is excellent and the dialogue is quite biting. The third season make is obvious why the show got the axe. The dialogue is terrible, the characters are twisted around and everything becomes totally unfamiliar. |
