Some people struggle-ish to survive through a zombie apocalypse.
It’s a movie. It doesn’t have a lot of brains, but it’s somewhat funny at times.

Mad cow disease mutated and turned humans into zombies, ruining the world except for a handful of likely and unlikely survivors.
Fairly good. Sometimes a little funny too.

A boy that’s beaten up a lot decides that murder is both the best revenge and career. Wait, it’s about the man though. Well there’s narration so don’t worry he’s never in any danger.
Kinda funny and kinda interesting sometimes, but god damn does it drag on; it could have been done much better, and done better quite easily too.
See also The Mechanic (1972 / 2011) for something more serious.

A workaholic can’t deal with being entitled and bored.
Really REALLY boring. I could have written it so much better that it’s depressing to have watched.

A machine goes back in time to save it’s reprogrammer from another machine that was created thanks to another instance of that first machine having been sent back in time to kill that reprogrammer’s mother which created the timeline that made the machines in the first place. Or something.
A great movie, although I’m not sure if it could be watched on it’s own. Thankfully The Terminator – (1984 movie) is a must-watch.

A man works to develop an artificial intelligence for a secret military robot soldier project.
With a dark, calm tone, this movie brushes up against all the right topics. It encourages strong empathy for artificial intelligence in a way rarely seen elsewhere, and I find it deeply moving. Very highly recommended.

A man and his girlfriend take a vacation into someone else’s cabin.
Beyond spectacular. If you don’t like horror you will still love this movie.

Bad Guys want to blow up a shithole to make money in rebuilding.
It’s okay I guess, but the writing is off and it’s frequently a tired revisitation of the earlier movie.

A man wakes, reconstructed as a cyborg, and finds himself hunted by unknown forces.
A fucking astonishingly great movie! Fast, bloody and fun. It’s effortlessly hilarious, and without being a comedy.
I was initially rather annoyed at the found footage-style shaky camera, but it got so intuitive so fast that it really helped me get into the character and movie. If you like bloody non-stop action movies, definitely give this movie a chance.

A rich computer program pulls a race car driver into the future so he can date his ex girlfriend.
It’s so damned 90s but I like it a lot.
