The Matrix Resurrections - (2021 movie) poster

Neo and Trinity are alive because of science fiction magic, and their minds are blue-pilled again because they create lots of energy for the quota of an AI guy.

The writing is bad, the filmmaking is bad, the in-movie lore is awkward and poorly explained, it has callbacks to earlier movies which strip it of uniqueness, the characters are bad, and the acting is mediocre (sometimes because the characters are bad).

This is not a good movie, either as a standalone movie or a Matrix movie.

A girl withdraws into her imagination to numb herself from abuse.

Quite a good movie, that’s made even better because average people were confused by it. This movie has a whole bunch of strange tags which all make sense if you think about it. You probably don’t want to think too hard about it, because it’ll hurt your heart.
