Automagically repairs a boot loader.

This is something I wish I had/knew about a long time ago. I’ve had bootloader misadventures that really stressed me out.

I’ll accept this, even though it uses systemd.

I’m migrating away from Windows for everything except the couple of games I play.
- I doubt anything will really appear here, but who knows.. maybe as I’m retiring applications I’ll note them.

I’ve continued testing Slackware on VirtualBox.
- I think I’m ready for a full on-disk installation, if I can figure out how to multi-boot windows.
- Maybe I do need to use a USB boot stick.
- I did some on-disk Slackware testing, but haven’t had the time to post them up here yet.

Thanks to a commenter on VectorLinux, I remembered that I can test Linux distributions in a virtual machine. I’ll use VirtualBox. Updated that page.

Updated World of Warcraft 6 (WoD) with 6.0-specific information like garrisons.
- I’ll eventually have individual pages for each of the expansions / major patches for whatever old and unused bookmarks are still lingering around. That’ll help free up some of my bookmarks and maybe help people playing xp-locked characters or using private servers.
Created World of Warcraft on Linux but kept its creation time next to World of Warcraft.
- It’s just a dump for old notes for a dead project. There’s more shit sitting around, I’m sure, which ought to find its way in there somewhere in due time.

Oh hell I found a lot of interesting freeware out there. I think I’d rather semi-abandon Windows and only use it for games.. I guess for only the two that I actually play. (/tag/games+live)
