A machine goes back in time to save it’s reprogrammer from another machine that was created thanks to another instance of that first machine having been sent back in time to kill that reprogrammer’s mother which created the timeline that made the machines in the first place. Or something.

A great movie, although I’m not sure if it could be watched on it’s own. Thankfully The Terminator – (1984 movie) is a must-watch.

A man working for the police is tasked to hunt down murderous artificial humans.

Moody and mostly-slow, relying heavily on the setting. It’s good, and not just “good for it’s time”. It has a spectacular tone and style to it; definitely recommended.
