It was aimed toward making an easily mklivecd-remasterable base distribution.
As of 2016-04-18 there is some activity again, but they are a ways away from anything release-quality.

Inspired by Python and Ruby. Compiles into a Common Intermediate Language and then into an executable that can be run by mono.
I tinkered with it and didn’t like it.
