I dipped into my archives to fish out the old DOSEMU vga font. It is a thing of beauty.
The 9×15 existed on Lubuntu and I must have been using it throughout my time up until Lubuntu’s retirement on 2016-03-26.

A keyboard-oriented window manager.
Clunky in places, and some things were non-obvious and needed some reading.
My hands hurt after using it for a little while, because the default hotkeys are Wrong. Heck, the defaults aren’t just “not for me”, the defaults are bad. Because of poor documentation, it’s too much work for me to figure out how to customize it the way I want.
Abandoned – No longer under development, forked into notion
Footnotes

UPDATE: Firefox is a pig when in use, but not when idle. It turns out that GMail is the pig!

srsly.
Don’t get me wrong, It’s my main browser and it looks like it’ll stay that way. I was using it when it was called Phoenix, and then Firebird.
But boy is it a memory-leaking pig of a program.

I decided to check out this new service. It aggregates a whole bunch of other stuff.
Based on what it listed, I checked out every website and signed myself up to check out what I may have been missing. Many things I already knew about, but some of these services were new to me.
2014-07-26 – www.profilactic.com is semi-gone. I don’t think I’ll bother with it anymore. As of this date, their parting message is:
2019-12-06 – Gone.
