I watched a couple of episodes and shrugged.

I watched a couple of episodes somewhere in the beginning of 2023. It’s decent, but I know it takes a fucking woke nosedive off of a Marxist cliff.

Don't Look Deeper - (2020 movie) image

Entertainment > Movies >

A high school girl discovers she is not.

A simple story lines that’s still decent bubblegum, but it sneaks in jarring wokeness at the tail end so it’s not really recommended. It could and should have done much better, even with the woke in mind.

An unknown event gave alternate-past Victorian Londoners a random superpower, and their numbers became pronounced enough to attract the attention of worried politicians. Or something.

Really interesting! I guess it’s worth watching, but it slide sideways and got too strange to follow. It really needed more seasons to figure it’s shit out, but the woke brigade MeToo-dogpiled Joss Whedon without evidence so he got shunned.

Survivors of a plague are blind, and the result is a world just unnecessarily shitty enough to set a show in.

I mean.. it’s weak. The world building and motivations require me to park my brain and then I just get really distracted watching stupidity.

Following the lives of Vikings.

Decent enough, drops in quality at the last two seasons; you’ll know when and why.

War of the Worlds - (2019 show) image

Aliens wipe out most of humanity for some reason, then they choose to not wipe out the rest of humanity for some reason, then stragglers struggle to survive and such.

Really really awkward writing. There is so much that makes no sense whatsoever, even in the context of the show itself. It has snippets of potential but it’s overall torturous for anyone who tends to pay attention; not recommended.

A murder-mystery brings grownups back to South Park.

Kinda meh.

Intrigue about pre-WWII Germany.

Slow, tense, and boring.
