A decent text editor which I keep forgetting I have.
Unlike Midnight Commander itself, mcedit doesn’t appear to exist under Windows.

A light and capable email client.
POP3, POP before SMTP, APOP, IMAP4rev1, IMAP over SSH, IMAP CAPABILITY, mh, SMTP, SMTP AUTH, NNTP, SSL/TLS, full OpenPGP support, external editors, filtering, muliple identities. Good multilanguage and character set support.
Can import the Mbox format.

It’s pretty fucking magickal.

The king of video players.
On Windows, this is especially-king because the user doesn’t have to figure out and download various shady codecs.
Can play various Oldschool music formats.
