With killer-machines digging down to bypass the defences of the last refuge of mankind, a man with sudden magic powers magics with his powers.

Oh god, make it end. The writing is so fucking sloppy that the second movie and this third movie should not be watched by anyone, most especially fans of the first movie.

The war against The Machines escalates, and it’s a race between them digging down to Zion and The One pushing his way into the core of The Matrix for reason that wasn’t explained very well.

If there are people out there who saw the first one and somehow get to this post before seeing this movie, please avoid this. Yes it’s more of the same and it’s “good”, but this is a shit story that should be skipped.

This movie does not have an ending. It is part one of a mandatory two-movie binge.

Survivors of a plague that wipes out most humans make a desperate bid to undo it all by sending a man back in time.

I suppose it’s inevitable that a television series based around time travel will get convoluted really quickly because they stretch things out. Still, this doesn’t feel very good to me.

A woman, dying in a macabre soap opera, is filmed by a man with cybernetic eyes.

Great movie, but the main actor’s performance is absolutely horrible.

  • Based on The Unsleeping Eye – (1973 book), by David G. Compton

    • aka The Continuous Katherine Mortenhoe

Meh, not bad but not great.

Medeocre “plot”. It’s more of a generic dystopian movie and only good for the atmosphere.

to be re-watched for a summary

Though it’s definitely recommended for most people to watch and understand, I didn’t particularly like it because I knew everything in it and wasn’t entertained, and so I sold it at a profit.

In a world where genetics predetermines health, a man with congenital defects pursues his dream of becoming an astronaut.

This is, for me, an intensely nerve-wracking movie. I will definitely keep it in my collection, but I find re-watching difficult.
