Final Fantasy Tactics cover

Simple graphics, decent gameplay, very long, very good.

As good as it is, this game is pathetic compared to Tactics Ogre – (1998 game) on the Game Boy Advance SP because of some significant flaws in gameplay. It gets better though.. and it’s MUCH MUCH MUCH longer. Holy crap it’s a long game.

A telnet client.

It’s Java, but explicitly uses Ruby as its internal language.

It works fairly well for what it is.. but it lacks some basic functionality, namely running a startup script and allowing scripts to set the internal state of the program. So I’m forced to manually load a savefile on startup, and forced to manually connect to a MUD.

This movie is BAD. It’s an un-movie.

There is no plot, no thinking, no psychological thriller to be had. It’s a moody drama, and a bad one at that. It reminds me of bits and pieces of Roswell – (1999 show).
