(on Wikipedia) A dying wizard impacts his power ring to a new green lantern to a random kid, to stop the seven deadly sins.
Entertainment > Movies > (on Wikipedia) A head is found in the garbage and is stitched back onto a body like science fiction necromancy. A twelve-year-old-girl-friendly science fiction movie. It had such potential, but it absolutely ruined it by having no resolution.
Entertainment > Movies > (on Wikipedia) A new security chief is assigned to a mining colony, and discovers that there has been a rash of irrational suicides.
Entertainment > Movies > (on Wikipedia) A prequel adventure with the eponymous Han Solo. It has no excitement since with a prequil there can’t be any sense of accomplishment without any chance of failure. A franchise so strong I didn’t even know this movie was released or was even being made. Not recommended, even for fans. It gives and does nothing. It’s vaguely entertaining.
Entertainment > Movies > (on Wikipedia) A super-secret military robot suit appears in a part-time mechanic’s truck, and he fiddles with it enough to get trapped in it. Wanting to visit his soon to be ex-girlfriend, he wrecks a path of havoc while being chased by people trying to retrieve or destroy it.
(on Wikipedia) A family is lost in space. It’s not bad, but the tone bothers me. It’s so tryhard “epic” that it’s strained.
Entertainment > Movies > (on Wikipedia) The Earth is ruined when aliens invade, and a maintenance skeleton crew monitors killer drones to protect resource-gathering efforts for survivors. A fantastic movie from every angle. A very strong mood throughout. Highly recommended. See also: Entertainment > Movies, Games > (on Wikipedia) In a dystopic future akin to Brave New World – (1932 book), by Aldous Huxley, everyone is lost in a virtual reality, playing a game to take control of the world’s largest corporation. This movie is parasitic to the childhoods of old men and permanent-children. It’s worth a watch if you’re over 40, otherwise it’ll be a fairly confusing mess of references.
Entertainment > Movies > (on Wikipedia) In a futuristic Germany, a mute guy has relationship troubles. An interesting world, but generally terrible writing.
