I use a “death” model to organize my content.

Projects and individual items have a life cycle from birth and life, to death and interment. There is also well-defined horror-fantasy terminology for “undeath”.

maybe more will be written, but this seems to be good for now.

An asshole anchorman is sent to a little town to do a fluff story on Groundhog Day, but karma bites him in the ass when the town gets snowed-in.

A fantastic movie not just for the usual things, but for the execution of its idea. Unlike so many movies that have its elements, this one stays grounded and accessible. This movie is well-loved and highly recommended.

This movie has its title because it’s set on Groundhog Day.
The writers and producers of 12꞉01 – (1993 movie) believe their work was plagiarized by this movie.

Survivors of an alien attack crash next to a prison and learn that the alien came with them.

This was my first movie with a shaved-headed woman. I guess I was all “oh no she di’int, now wesa gettin serioooos”.

In my mind, the franchise was significantly weakened by this movie. It just didn’t “feel right”. Perhaps the previous two were so good that they became too tough to follow, but after yet another re-watch this movie really just doesn’t seem all that good.
