An incredibly capable (and therefore very convoluted) image editor.
I use this:
.svg files to .jpg or .png.png files which have transparency, since mspaint.exe can’t do that.Often called “The Gimp”.

While it seems really nice, I couldn’t get through its tutorial. When investigating purchasing it, I learned that it’s a software as a service; no thanks.

Like Chrome, it’s missing fundamental things.
Abandoned – As of 2022-02-18 – The project was to be reworked to be based on Firefox instead of Brave, but that didn’t seem to get off the ground.

Requires a hell of a lot of fiddling, and is missing some incredibly basic things.
